FILTRONIC PLC - TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL

Filtronic confirms that its issued share capital consists of 96,997,993 ordinary shares of 10p each, each with voting rights attached (one per ordinary share). No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The figure of 96,997,993 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Filtronic under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
