Filtronic PLC29 September 2006 Filtronic plc EGM Statement Filtronic plc announces that at its EGM held today shareholders approved theresolutions relating to the disposal of the Wireless Infrastructure business toPowerwave Technologies Inc, the creation of B shares to enable an effectivereturn of cash, the amendments to the share option schemes and the authority topurchase shares. The disposal of this business is therefore expected to complete shortly.
