Filtronic PLC15 October 2007 Filtronic Disposal Announcement Filtronic plc announces that it has completed the disposal of the business andassets of its defence business in the USA based in Hudson, New Hampshire to TRUHoldings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, for a maximum gross consideration ofapproximately $4.9m, of which $3.4m is payable on completion and the balancerepresents contingent deferred and earn out consideration.
