Filtronic PLC03 March 2008 3 March 2008 Filtronic plc Completion of the sale of its Compound Semiconductor business to RF Micro Devices Filtronic plc ('Filtronic') announces that it has completed the disposal of allof the share capital of Filtronic Compound Semiconductors Limited ('FCSL') to RFMicro Devices ('RFMD') for approximately £12.5m cash.
