Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the aerospace, defence, telecoms infrastructure and critical communications markets announces that it received notification on 8 March 2022 that Richard Gibbs, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 10.00 pence per share. Further information is set out in the Notification of Dealing Form below.
Following the purchase, Mr Gibbs holds 425,000 shares representing approximately 0.20% of the Company's share capital.
