Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products and sub-systems for the aerospace, defence, telecoms infrastructure, space, and critical communications markets announces that it received notification on 7 February 2023 that Richard Gibbs, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 175,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 10.9 pence per share. Further information is set out in the Notification of Dealing Form below.
Following the purchase, Mr Gibbs holds 600,000 shares representing approximately 0.28% of the Company's share capital.
