Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the critical communications, wireless telecom and aerospace & defence markets announces that it received notification on 04 March 2021 that John Behrendt, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 60,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 8.74 pence per share.
