Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the aerospace, defence, telecoms infrastructure and critical communications markets announces that it received notification on 28 March 2022 that Jonathan Neale, Chairman of the Company, purchased 199,870 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 9.50 pence per share.
