Contract Win
Filtronic plc (LSE: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of microwave electronics products for the wireless telecoms infrastructure market and adjacent markets, is pleased to announce that it has received an initial production order for Ultra Wide Band Integrated Antennas.
The order, valued at $464,000, has been received from a major European OEM and represents an initial production requirement for the Company's new range of integrated antennas. The order represents a follow on from the production tooling contract announced on 5 August 2015 and will allow Filtronic to commence production trials ahead of mass production that is expected to follow.
The Company expects to fulfil this order in the second half of its financial year. Further updates will be provided by the Company in due course.
