Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 25 March 2013 that on that date N P Henry, a director of the Company, sold 1,800 Ordinary Shares in the Company at price of 1028p per share. The Company was further notified on 25 March 2013 that on that date N P Henry's wife, Mrs C Henry sold 1,300 Ordinary Shares in the Company at price of 1033p per share.

Following this transaction N P Henry has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 88,506 Ordinary Shares representing 0.176 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
