Additional Listing

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for the listing of and to the London Stock

Exchange for admission of 50,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each (the "Shares"), in respect of a blocklisting ('New Ordinary Shares').

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the following share schemes:

On exercise the shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that admission will become effective on 12 June 2019.
