AGM Statement and Q1 Dividend Declaration

 

FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national specialist business advisory firm, is holding its Annual General Meeting today, 23 September 2025 at 10.30 a.m. At the meeting, Penny Judd, Non-Executive Chair, will make the following statement:

 

"In the year to 30 April 2025 ("FY 2025"), FRP delivered another year of profitable growth, with positive contributions across all five service pillars.

 

The Group's strategy, which is executed by our highly talented teams, focuses on driving organic growth complemented by selective acquisitions.

 

In our full year results announcement on 23 July 2025, we stated that trading and activity levels in the new financial year ("FY 2026") had started positively, and we are pleased to confirm that this has continued.

 

Q1 Dividend

 

In line with the Company's quarterly dividend policy, the Board is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 1p per eligible ordinary share for the first quarter of FY 2026 (Q1 2025: 0.95p). The dividend will be paid on 19 December 2025 to shareholders on the register on 21 November 2025, with the ex-dividend date being 20 November 2025.

 

Outlook

 

Trading in the year-to-date continues to be in line with the Board's expectations. FY 2025 was an acquisitive year and the integration of recently acquired businesses, including One Advisory Group, has progressed as planned and all are performing in line with expectations. The near and medium-term outlook for our service pillars remains positive and we are confident of continued progress for the rest of the year.

 

The Company expects to announce a trading update for the six months to 31 October 2025, in mid November 2025".
