Banking facilities

The Group has finalised the renewal of its bank facility with its principal UK banker, Lloyds TSB Bank plc. The Group has agreed a three year loan facility of £8m commencing 31 December 2009, and an overdraft facility of £2m which is renewable annually. The interest rates on the three year facility are between LIBOR plus 275bps to 300bps and on the overdraft facility is base rate plus 275bps. There is a total arrangement fee of 1.5%.
