("Footasylum" or the "Company")
Grant of options under the Footasylum plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")
On 2 November 2017, following the admission of the Company's ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM (and as indicated in the Company's Admission Document), the Remuneration Committee of the Company's Board granted awards (structured as options to acquire Ordinary Shares) over a total of 1,829,267 Ordinary Shares to five employees of the Company pursuant to the LTIP.
Each of these awards has been granted with an exercise price of £0.001 per Ordinary Share. Subject to the rules of the LTIP, these awards will normally become capable of exercise on 2 November 2020, being the third anniversary of the date of grant.
Included in the above total is an award over 609,756 Ordinary Shares to Danielle Davies, the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Company, Jack Spellacy (Buying and Merchandising Director) and Matthew Parrish (Operations Director), both of whom are persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) in the Company, have received awards over 853,658 Ordinary Shares and 121,951 Ordinary Shares respectively.
