Result of AGM
easyHotel, the owner, developer, operator and franchisor of "super budget" branded hotels, announces that, at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were all duly passed. A summary of the votes submitted by proxy before the meeting will be provided on the Company's website.
