31 January 2023 - Experian, the global information services company, announces pursuant to the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14R (2), that Mike Rogers, the Chair of Experian plc, has been appointed to the Board of Directors and as Chair of Admiral Group plc, with effect from its Annual General Meeting on 27 April 2023 (subject to regulatory approval, and approval at the Admiral Annual General Meeting).
