Admission to Trading on the London Stock Exchange
EverArc Holdings Limited today announces the admission of its 34,030,000 ordinary shares and 34,030,000 warrants to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under tickers "EVRA" in respect of the ordinary shares and "EVWA" in respect of the warrants.
