iPoint-media signs teaming agreement with Asia Pacific systems integrator

iPoint-media (AIM:IPNT), a leading video calling specialist and provider of interactive video application delivery platforms for web, 3G mobile and media, announces the signing of a teaming agreement with CNT International Limited ("CNT"), a Sri Lanka-based systems integrator. CNT will offer iPoint-media's 3G video calling and participation TV platforms to mobile operators, service providers and television broadcasters throughout Asia Pacific. 

As the penetration of 3G mobile phones has increased, broadcast and media companies have expressed a growing interest in 3G as it offers an ideal way for average citizens to collect and transmit user generated content ("UGC"). iPoint-media's GOliveTV platform offers these companies a solution for collecting, moderating, storing and playing out UGC to webcasts, TV broadcasts and mobile TV. The platform also enables the deployment of new interactive TV show formats where viewers participate in live TV broadcasts from their 3G mobile phones.

iPoint-media's solutions also benefit mobile operators and service providers looking for new and innovative services to offer their 3G subscribers. The Company's Vitrage 3G video calling application platform enables the deployment of a wide range of interactive premium rate, community and enterprise video services that help increase 3G traffic and revenues while offering new visual experiences for mobile subscribers.
