Loan to MelodyVR

Following the announcement yesterday of Armstrong's conditional acquisition of MelodyVR Limited, subject to Armstrong's shareholders' approval in general meeting , the Company confirms that it yesterday advanced a sum of £140,000 by way of a short term loan to MelodyVR Limited.

This loan is secured, interest free and repayable upon demand on or after 20 May 2016.
