Board Changes

EVR Holdings (AIM: EVRH), is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Hanson as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Ian has a wealth of operational experience in the media and entertainment sector and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Global, one of the UK's leading media and entertainment companies. Prior to joining Global, Ian spent six years at Daily Mail Group Trust as Group Operations Director of DMG Media and latterly as CEO of Evenbase, their portfolio of digital recruitment businesses. Ian has an extensive background in the music industry, having worked for EMI in a series of senior roles, culminating in his appointment as Chief Operating Officer of EMI Music Worldwide in 2007.

Ian Hanson said, "I'm very excited to be joining the EVR Board and to be a part of a very exciting journey. MelodyVR occupies a unique position in a rapidly expanding VR market place and that, together with an impressive management team led by Anthony Matchett, I believe that the Company is very well placed to grow significantly and to further establish a market leading position."

Following Ian's appointment, Peter Read will be stepping down from the board with immediate effect. The Company greatly appreciates the valuable assistance that Peter has provided during his tenure with EVR.

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Sebastian Theron, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, to the Board of Directors.
