31 October 2007 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint" or "the Company") Additional listing and directors' shareholdings
The Company announces that it has issued 378,560 ordinary shares, of which 78,560 ordinary shares have been issued to non-executive directors in satisfaction of fees due and 300,000 have been issued following the exercise of share options.
Following the issue of 39,280 ordinary shares to Gerald Raingold, Mr Raingold will hold 39,280 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.04 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company which will be held in the name of Marston Financial Services Limited as nominee for Mr Raingold.
In addition, following the issue of 39,280 ordinary shares to Clive Garston, Mr Garston will hold 489,280 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.45 per cent. of the issued share capital of iPoint.
Application has been made for 378,560 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings in these shares will commence on 2 November 2007.
Following the admission of these shares, and the placing announced yesterday, the Company will have 112,538,836 ordinary voting shares in issue.
