28 September 2007 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint" or the "Company") Additional Listing Recommended all share offer for All New Video Plc ("ANV") made by John East & Partners on behalf of iPoint ("Offer")
iPoint, a provider of 3G/IP video interactive application platforms, is pleased to announce that it has received, since 13 September 2007, further valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of 19,000 shares in the capital of ANV representing, approximately 0.02 per cent. of ANV's total issued share capital. Accordingly iPoint has issued, conditional on admission, 2,412 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each.
iPoint has now received valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of a total of 85,510,291 shares in the capital of ANV representing, approximately 98.96 per cent. of ANV's total issued share capital.
Application has been made for a total of 2,412 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that dealings in these shares will commence on 1 October 2007.
