5 August 2008 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint" or the "Company") Additional Listing Recommended all share offer for All New Video Plc ("ANV") made by John East & Partners on behalf of iPoint ("Offer")
iPoint, a provider of 3G/IP video interactive application platforms, is pleased to announce that it has received, since 14 January 2008, further valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of 11,610 shares in the capital of ANV representing, approximately 0.01 per cent. of ANV's total issued share capital. Accordingly iPoint has issued, conditional on admission, 1,474 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each.
iPoint has now received valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of a total of 85,806,216 shares in the capital of ANV representing, approximately 99.30 per cent. of ANV's total issued share capital.
Application has been made for a total of 1,474 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that dealings in these shares will commence on 12 August 2008.
