7 April 2009 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint" or the "Company") Additional Listing Recommended all share offer for All New Video Plc ("ANV") made by John East & Partners on behalf of iPoint ("Offer")
iPoint, a provider of 3G/IP video interactive application platforms, is pleased to announce that it has received further valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of 20,000 shares in the capital of ANV representing, approximately 0.02 per cent. of ANV's total issued share capital. Accordingly iPoint has issued, conditional on admission, 2,539 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each.
Application has been made for a total of 2,539 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that dealings in these shares will commence on 8 April 2009.
