19 June 2007 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint" or the "Company") Additional Listing Recommended all share offer for All New Video Plc ("ANV") made by John East & Partners on behalf of iPoint ("Offer")
iPoint, a provider of 3G/IP video interactive application platforms, is pleased to announce that it has received, since 1 June 2007, further valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of 179,814 shares in the capital of ANV representing, approximately 0.25 per cent. of ANV's total issued share capital. Accordingly iPoint has issued, conditional on admission, 22,832 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each.
iPoint has now received valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of a total of 85,298,501 shares in the capital of ANV representing, approximately 98.72 per cent. of ANV's total issued share capital.
Application has been made for a total of 22,832 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that dealings in these shares will commence on 20 June 2007.
In addition, 44,776 ordinary shares have been issued in satisfaction of fees and, following the exercises of 69,105 options, iPoint has issued, conditional on admission, 113,881 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each.
Application has been made for a further 113,881 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that dealings in these shares will commence on 25 June 2007.
Following the admission of all of these shares the Company will have 109,004,410 ordinary shares in issue.
