Not for release, publication or distribution in or into or from the United States, Canada, Australia or Japan 28 February 2007 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint" or the "Company") Recommended all share offer for All New Video Plc ("ANV") made by John East & Partners on behalf of iPoint ("Offer") Additional listing
iPoint announces that it has received, since 21 February 2007, further valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of 1,832,441 shares in the capital of ANV representing, approximately 2.12 per cent. of ANV's total issued share capital. Accordingly iPoint has issued, conditional on admission, 232,685 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each.
iPoint has now received valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of a total of 83,841,497 shares in the capital of ANV representing, approximately 97.03 per cent. of ANV's total issued share capital.
Application has been made for 232,685 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 1 March 2007.
