Cancellation of Options

 

Ferrum Crescent Limited (the "Company") (ASX: FCR, AIM: FCR, JSE: FCR) hereby announces the cancellation of 600,000 unlisted options exercisable at AUD$0.198 expiring 7 December 2013 issued to former employees of the Company for no consideration, effective immediately. The options have been cancelled in accordance with the terms of the Employee Option Plan.
