Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report
Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the AIM quoted UK, Ireland and Morocco focussed oil and gas exploration and production company, on 31 December 2020 sent its Notice of an Annual General Meeting ("AGM") by mail to all shareholders on the register. Europa had previously sent its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 July 2020 to those shareholders who had requested a hard copy.
Notice is Hereby Given that the AGM will be held as a virtual closed meeting at 11.00 a.m. (UK time) on Thursday 28 January 2021. All shareholders are invited to participate in the poll.

There will be no voting at the meeting with votes cast in advance by poll/proxy card or letters of representation from nominee account holders.

Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc has a portfolio of assets that include, production, development and exploration, in countries that are politically stable, have transparent licensing processes, and offer attractive fiscal terms. In 2020 Europa produced an average of 87 bopd from three existing fields. The development project, Wressle is onshore the UK and is due first oil in Q1 2021 following regulatory and Covid-19 delays, at a rate of some 500 bopd gross. The Company holds four exploration licences offshore Ireland with some gross mean un-risked prospective resources of 3.9 billion barrels oil equivalent and 2.7* trillion cubic feet of gas in the Inishkea and Edge prospects (*subject to regulatory approval for the transfer of FEL 3/19). In September 2019, Europa was awarded a 75% interest in the Inezgane permit offshore Morocco. Initial results of technical work have identified some 30 prospects and leads that have the potential to hold close to 10 billion barrels of un-risked oil resources.
