TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

The Company announces that as at 31 January 2012 the total number of nil par value shares of common stock in issue is 42,765,223 with each share carrying the right to one vote. In addition, the Company has 3,188,325 preferred shares of nil par value each in aggregate and which have combined voting rights of 82,988.

The Company has no shares of common stock held in treasury. The shares of common stock are admitted to trading on AIM. However, the preference shares are not admitted to trading on any regulated or prescribed market. The total of 42,765,223 nil par value shares of common stock may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine their holding of the Company's AIM securities.
