AGM Statement

At the Annual General Meeting of Empresaria, the international specialist staffing group, to be held at 12.30 pm today, 22 May 2014, Tony Martin, Chairman of Empresaria, will make the following statement:

"The Group has made a promising start to the year, with particularly good trading in our two largest territories, the UK and Germany, driven by improving market conditions in the Financial and Technical & Industrial sectors.

We are also pleased that the investments made by the Group this year, in Dubai, Mexico City, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong are progressing well. In line with our strategy we continue to look for opportunities for both organic and external investments.

The Group remains on course to meet market expectations for the full year."

The Group will publish its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2014 on 4 September 2014.
