AGM Statement

At the Annual General Meeting of Empresaria, the international specialist staffing group, to be held at 12.30 pm today, 29 May 2012, the Board will make the following statement:

Group operating performance in the year to date is in line with our expectations and reflects the trading environment highlighted in the statement accompanying the announcement of our 2011 results on 21 March 2012. 

The global economic conditions remain uncertain with limited forward visibility, but we continue to see opportunities for organic growth, especially in the emerging markets.
