Empresaria Group PLC15 May 2007 Empresaria Group plc ("Empresaria" or the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of41,862 new ordinary shares of 5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with theexisting ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares"), to trading on the AlternativeInvestment Market ("AIM") on 16 May 2007. These new Ordinary Shares wereallotted pursuant to part consideration relating to the purchase of 60 per cent.of the issued share capital of EAR Holding B.V ("EAR"), a private limitedliability company registered in the Netherlands.
