Director Dealings - Award of Share Options
EMIS Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 2 April 2020 an award of options over 63,061 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company were made to Andy Thorburn (Chief Executive Officer) and 27,843 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company were made to Peter Southby (Chief Financial Officer) under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("Options"). The Options granted are nil-cost and exercisable from 2 April 2023 and are subject to performance conditions.
Following the grant of these Options Andy Thorburn holds a total of 409,243 Options and Peter Southby holds a total of 166,220 Options over ordinary shares in the Company.
