TV Commerce Holdings PLC11 October 2005 TV Commerce Holdings plc "TV Commerce" or the "Company" Trading Update TV Commerce (TVC), the AIM listed media and entertainment company, is pleased toannounce that is has received approval from the Broadcast Advertising ClearanceCentre (BACC) to advertise its "(R)Your Destiny TV" and "(R)Mobile Betting" onthird-party channels. Significantly this is the first time that approval has been given for psychicand betting related programmes and should increase the number of viewers to eachof these formats. "(R)Your Destiny TV" has now booked advertising airtime throughout October onchannels including "(R)UK Living", "(R)Sci-Fi", "(R)Hallmark", "(R)Sky One" and"(R)E entertainment". In addition, the telephone text "(R)Psychic Chat"service, launched earlier this year currently has in excess of 15,000 users andthe "(R)internet streaming Web TV" service has added an important distributionchannel adding to the number of viewers internationally. Following the announcement of the mobile betting joint venture with ProbabilityGames Corporation in July of this year, TV Commerce has successfully run a testtelevision advertising campaign on a number of TV channels including "(R)Men &Motors", "(R)Challenge TV", "(R)Poker Channel", and "(R)Channel 5". Furthercampaigns have been booked with "(R)Freeview", "(R)Sky Digital" and UKterrestrial channels throughout October.
