TV COMMERCE HOLDINGSÂ PLC (THE "COMPANY")
STATEMENT RE SUSPENSION
The Company has requested that trading in its shares be suspended with immediate effect as it is unable to publish its annual audited accounts this month, as required by AIM Rule 19.
The Company is in the process of finalising its annual audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 and it is anticipated that its final results will be notified and the report and accounts be sent to shareholders as soon as possible.
