Acquisition Update
Echo Energy, the Latin American-focused upstream oil and gas company, announces that, further to the announcement made on 7 November 2019, admission of 68,620,000 Conditional Subscription Shares and 39,958,443 Consideration Shares will become effective and dealings will commence on AIM on 11 November 2019 ("Second Admission").
Terms defined in the Circular dated 22 October 2019 apply throughout this announcement, unless the context requires otherwise.
