Board Update

dotdigital Group plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, is pleased to announce that further to the announcement on 26 July 2017 of Phillip Blundell's appointment as Interim CFO, he has been appointed as a director of the Company, effective immediately. The appointment of Phillip as Interim CFO will allow Milan Patel, who had over the last year held both roles of CFO and CEO, to focus on his Chief Executive position.

Phillip has previously held CFO roles at Eagle Eye Solutions Group plc and Intelligent Environments and has over 18 years' experience as a CFO, building strong software businesses through product innovation and global strategic partnerships.

The following information is disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to Phillip Robert Blundell, aged 56:
