Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 29 November 2017, Simon Wallis (Chief Operating Officer) exercised an option granted in 2014 under the Company's Savings-related Share Option Plan over 12,441 shares at an exercise price of £1.4466 per share. Mr Wallis subsequently sold 12,441 shares at a price of £3.214 per share.
