Final Dividend payment timetable and amended record date

Diversified Gas & Oil plc (AIM: DGOC), the US based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids, and oil wells and midstream assets, announced earlier today that the Board is recommending a final dividend of 3.50 cents per share, making the total dividend attributable to the full-year 13.92 cents per share (2018: 11.225 cents per share). Payment of the dividend will be subject to approval by Shareholders at the Company's AGM to be held on 15 April 2020.

Shareholders may elect to receive this final dividend paid in GBP sterling rather than the default currency of US dollars. Shareholders who wish to elect to receive their dividends in GBP sterling, and who have not previously done so, should complete a dividend election form which is available on the Company's website at https://ir.dgoc.com/dividend-information. Shareholders need only complete this form once.

The Company also confirms that the record date for the final dividend will be 29 May 2020 and not the 5 June 2020 as stated previously. The final dividend timetable will be:
