Q1 2019 Dividend Declaration

The Board of Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (AIM: DGOC), the US based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids and oil wells as well as midstream assets, is pleased to announce that it will pay a dividend in respect of the first quarter to 31 March 2019 of 3.42 cents per share (Q1 2018: 1.725 cents). The dividend will be paid on 27 September 2019 to those shareholders on the register on 6 September 2019. The dividend will be paid in US dollars.

The Company confirms that, as previously announced, the Q4 2018 final dividend of 3.40 cents per share, announced on 27 March 2019 will be paid on 28 June 2019 to shareholders that were on the register on 12 April 2019.
