Total Voting Rights

The following notification is made in accordance with Rule 5.6 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Following the completion of the Tender Offer and the cancellation of 40,000,000 successfully tendered Ordinary Shares which took place on 10 September 2025, the Company confirms that its issued share capital as at the close of business on 30 September 2025, being the last day of trading for that month, consisted of 766,534,103 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in GlobalData is 766,534,103.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement (unless otherwise defined) have the meanings set out in the announcement of the Company dated 5 August 2025 in respect of the Tender Offer.
