Total Voting Rights Announcement
In accordance with the transitional provisions relating to Chapter 5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR), the Company confirms that as of 31st July 2008 the total number of voting rights in respect of each class of its shares in issue and which are admitted to trading on the AIM Market is as follows:

Ordinary Shares 92,075,648 The Company also confirms in accordance with the above transitional provisions of the DTR that is does not hold any shares in treasury to which voting rights are attached.
The above figure (92,075,648) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, DataCash Group Plc under the DTR.
