Interim Accounts

GlobalData, the global provider of data, analytics and insights, announces that it has filed interim accounts with Companies House for the period ended 23 March 2021. The purpose of the accounts is to demonstrate that sufficient distributable reserves are available for the final dividend, scheduled for 23 April 2021, in accordance with sections 836 and 838 of the Companies Act 2006. These accounts are for the Company only and do not constitute consolidated group accounts. A copy of the accounts can be found on the Company's website www.globaldata.com.
