On 25 May 2010, Mr. Nicholas Temple (Non-Executive Director) exercised 20,935 options over ordinary shares of 1 penny each at an exercise price of 140.8p per share.

Following the transaction, Mr. Temple is the beneficial owner of 54,535 shares (0.06% of the Company's issued share capital).
