TMN announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange forΒ 1,176,471Β ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").Β

It is expected that Admission of the new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respectsΒ with the existing issued shareΒ capital of the Company, will commence onΒ 18Β NovemberΒ 2008.Β

TheΒ 1,176,471Β new Ordinary SharesΒ to be issuedΒ formΒ part of the deferred consideration forΒ Electronic Direct Response ("EDR") in accordance with the announcement onΒ 11Β November 2005.

Following the listing of these OrdinaryΒ Shares the Company will haveΒ 76,559,230Β Ordinary Shares in issue.Β
