TMN Group PLC ("TMN" or "the Company") 

Additional Listing 

The Company announces that it has issued and allotted 1,045,784 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the capital of the Company pursuant to the exercise of share options under the TMN Group Share Option Plan. 

The current issued share capital of the Company is 77,605,014 ordinary shares of 0.01p each. 

Application has been made for admission of these shares to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange plc and it is expected that dealings in the new ordinary shares will commence on 18 June 2009.
