Further to the announcement on 10 December 2013, The Board of Progressive Digital Media Group Plc, the provider of high quality premium business information to the consumer and technology markets, is pleased to announce that on 1 January 2014 all conditions precedent to the conditional acquisition ("Acquisition") of Pyramid Research were satisfied and the Acquisition has now completed.
