Notice of Final Results and Annual General Meeting

Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) will announce its final results for the year ended 30 June 2018 at 7.00am on Tuesday 9 October 2018.

A presentation for institutional investors and analysts will be held on the day, where Phil Caldwell, CEO, and Richard Preston, CFO, will update on the Company's financial performance and the progress that has been made with commercial partners during the year. Ceres Power announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday 5 December 2018.
