Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) announces that today, 11 December 2018, Stephen Callaghan, Non-Executive Director, exercised share options under the Ceres Power 2004 Employees Share Option Scheme, and retained the shares.
The share options exercised by Mr Callaghan related to 150,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 98.75 pence per share, increasing his shareholding to 556,279 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.41 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
