Ceres Power Holdings plc22 June 2006 Ceres Power Holdings plc (the "Company") Further to the announcement by the Company on 17 December 2004 that applicationhad been made for 2,750,000 ordinary shares of 5p to be admitted to AIM on 22December 2004 under a block admission to satisfy obligations under its EMIOption scheme, the Company can confirm that during the six month period to 21June 2006: • A total of 715,075 ordinary shares of 5p were issued under the scheme; and • The balance under the block listing of shares not yet issued is 639,820. During the six month period ending 21 June 2005 a total of 708,773 ordinaryshares of 5p had been issued under the scheme and during the six month periodending 21 December 2005 a total of 686,332 ordinary shares of 5p had been issuedunder the scheme.
